About Let’s Talk

The mission of this journal is to encourage theological reflection, writing and dialogue on issues vital to the life of the Church by publishing articles, essays, and responses authored by lay and professional members of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The editor and the authors who contribute articles to this journal take the mission and title of the journal seriously. We invite response. We stand ready to talk, listen, and keep the discussion going. In short, Let’s Talk.

This online journal is in but not of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod. We welcome submissions from clergy and lay people throughout the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and other church bodies and traditions.

Permission is granted for reprint and distribution of Let’s Talk in part or in its entirety, provided the journal title, issue date, and author(s) are cited on all copies.

The editor is the Rev. Dr. Frank C. Senn, a retired ELCA pastor rostered in the Metropolitan Chicago Synod. He may be contacted at fcsenn70@gmal.com.

Operating funds come from the Metropolitan Chicago Synod, ELCA.
